– Work on Gabriela Zuarez’s hybrid dance-movement language through hands-on repertory exploration and creative collaboration, choreographic, devices and scores.

– Potential for selected participants to engage in additional rehearsals and perform in an open stage event, elevating the workshop experience or belong to a preparatory part of a project.

Gabriela Zuarez’s Sur Mundo Ensemble is a project-based dancetheatre company based in Amsterdam.
Zuarez’s approach is to engage with the constructive sources of Argentinean tango and Latin American narratives to create a new cross-cultural contemporary dancetheatre in collaborative dialogue with the artistic troupe. Through a de-colonial lens, her leadership focus has always been integrative, interdisciplinary and intercultural.The sense of community is a primary point in the conformation of her theatre groups.
