Learn, connect and create with fellow artists and make new collaborative networks across countries and artistic disciplines.

About Jiří Pokorný: Jiří has performed and created at the highest international level – from dancing with Nederlands Dans Theater and Kidd Pivot to choreographing for Ballet BC, NDT2, and National Theatre Prague. He’s collaborated with legendary artists including Jiří Kylián, Ohad Naharin, Mats Ek, Paul Lightfoot & Sol León, and teaches at world-class institutions like Royal Conservatory (The Hague), Juilliard School, and NDT Summer Intensive.

Workshop Structure:
•       initiate 1 (November 17-21): Fast-paced exploration of Jiří’s movement approach and repertoire
•       initiate 2 (November 24-28): Transferable choreographic and improvisational tools for various body-based disciplines
•       Attend one or both weeks based on your interests and availability

Daily Schedule:
•       9-9:30am: Studio open for warm-up
•       9:30-11am: Class
•       11:30-1:30pm: Deep-dive sessions
