Candoco Dance Company is seeking an experienced Producer with curatorial experience, who has a record of working at a senior and strategic level in live performance. A confident leader and communicator, who is skilled at supporting teams and delivering interconnected programmes of work – with a close attention to accessible practices and approaches. The ideal candidate will be equally passionate about the experience of artists, participants and audiences.
From 2023 onwards, we are focusing on ensuring a culture of radical access and the formation of equitable spaces, where disabled and non-disabled people can work together to co-create programmes of engagement for and with artists, participants and audiences.
