PURPOSE OF THE POST
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Head of Operations who will be responsible for, and oversee the delivery of examinations, qualifications, training, membership and professional development offered by Rambert Grades. They will manage the promotion and dissemination of all aspects of Rambert Grades, particularly training and examinations, within the dance sector and wider community. They will manage, and resourcefully develop strategic plans and future pathways for the Rambert Grades in line with industry trends and the company’s goals and objectives. They will be a key member, liaising with IT service providers, staff and external parties in ensuring efficient and effective administrative management of Rambert Grades qualifications and other initiatives.
