Global Dance Company Auditions

Pizarts Bronx Artist Residency located in New York City is holding auditions for its global dance company performance project that runs September 2022 – April 2023.

Pizarts Global Dance Company

Pre-professional dancers ages 18-23 are welcome to apply to the 2022-2023 season. Dancers have the opportunity to train, rehearse and perform in New York City under the choreographic direction of guest choreographer in residence Valentina Ferreyra Horrocks from Cordoba, Argentina. Styles include mostly contemporary, with street jazz and hip-hop sprinkled in there.

Fees:

$7000 4 months/ September-December

$13,500 8 months/ September-April

– A single private room is available for $300 more a month.

Includes:

Housing @ Bronx Artist Residency

(shared room 2 twin beds)

10 hours of rehearsal a week (contemporary, jazz, hip-hop)

Weekly workshops with guest artists (improvisation, body contact improv)

Minimum of 3 public performances

1 featured length performance in NYC
