We will enjoy a workout in Gaga/people class and continue to Gaga methodics, a flexible format that fosters a meaningful physical exploration of elements regularly used in classes.
Together we will go beyond our familiar limits, expand our range, research the scope of our sensations, play with groove, and connect effort to pleasure, all with a sense of plenty of time.
All are welcome (16+), no dance background necessary.
