As we are all self-isolated at home and facing the challenges of staying healthy, keeping fit and connecting with one another, this month we are delighted to offer our Pop Up Space classes FREE online. We invite you to join us from your own home, to keep moving and strengthen your body.

Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities (from young children to the over 50’s) and will be delivered by our professionally trained dancers through the simple online platform Zoom.
