“Floating Movements” offers a dynamic and immersive experience tailored to individuals with a background in contemporary dance or urban styles. The session encompasses a diverse range of activities, including cardio exercises aimed at enhancing physical endurance and strength. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the seamless integration of b-boying, acrobatics, and floor work, fostering a comprehensive understanding of suspended movement in a spatial context.

Marco Di Nardo, a prominent figure in the contemporary dance scene, was born in Naples, Italy, in 1987. He commenced his dance journey in 2003 within the b-boying scene of Naples, where he achieved numerous national and international accolades with the DBR Crew. His theatrical career took flight through collaborations with the Vittorio Toraldo Company, Laboratories Flegrei, and Peppe Barra in Italy. In 2014, he co-founded the Berlin-based collective, Frantics Dance Company, where he currently serves as one of the four Artistic Directors.

Throughout his career, Marco has made significant contributions to the dance community, working with esteemed institutions and artists as a guest teacher at several prestigious organizations, such as Opera Ballet du Capitol de Toulouse, Opera Garnier Paris, Göteborgs Operans Danskompani, D.A.F. Dance Arts Faculty Rome, CCN Ballet Preljocaj, Staatstheater Kassel, Staatstheater Görlitz, Staatstheater Braunschweig, Krakowskie Centrum Choreograficzne Krakow, Contemporary Dance School Hamburg, School of Performing Arts Malta, Northern School of Contemporary Leeds, Dance, B12 Festival Berlin.
