The École de danse contemporaine (EDCM) is holding auditions for its 2020-2023 training program in Contemporary Dance-Interpretation, starting in August 2020.
Since 1981, the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal has been training professional dancers who have gone on to earn national and international recognition. Recognized for its leading-edge, rigorous training, EDCM offers a 3-year college level education based on the mastery of contemporary dance techniques, the development of artistic and intellectual knowledge and versatility of performance. It is accredited by the Quebec Ministere de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur.
The audition is divided in two steps:
1/ Preliminary audition:
– By video before January 24, 2020
– Or on February 7-8-9, 2020 in Montreal

– A minimum level of French or English is required
