We don’t have a specific idea of background skills or experience. Mainly we are interested in people with enthusiasm to get to know us, whose interests and values align with those of the company. We are interested in people who are prepared to be questioning and gently challenging in a helpful and constructive way and who will support us to continue our work with the integrity and quality for which we have become known.
