I am looking for support in my research process in a project celebrating improvisation as a holistic practice. I am seeking multiple voices to share what improvisation means to them. A space to be with yourself? An exciting time to explore something new? Inspiration?
I am primarily focussing on the mindfulness aspect, grounding, emancipation, creative freedom – though I am open to hear all perspectives. I am mostly curious to know what it brings to you and how it makes you feel!
In this early stage I am just looking for voices – you can submit via any format of your preference. Drawing, audio, video, written reflection, poetry – all expressions are welcome.
If this project progresses there may be opportunity for publication with your consent, moving image and a deeper conversation if that is of interest to both parties.
