On our beloved island of Ibiza, just 5 minutes from Cala Leña with stunning views, we will host 4 intensives, along with spaces for jams, talks, somatic practices, and open sessions for exploration proposals.

We choose Contact Improvisation as a practice to cultivate awareness of our own limitations—a path of self-discovery that focuses on movement to observe our different reactions.
By exploring sensations of attraction, boredom, fear, or rejection that arise during physical practice, we face the discomfort of challenges and gain a deeper understanding of our tendencies. This practice invites us to observe our interactions with the environment, ourselves, and others—becoming aware of where our attention goes and when we lose presence in what we do.
We invite you to immerse yourself in the spiral of movement and discover what lies beyond your expectations. Let go of preconceived ideas and come with an open mind to embrace the sea and magic of the White Island.
