Candoco Dance Company is seeking an experienced and courageous artist to work alongside our current Co-Artistic Director. They will work jointly to co-create a holistic framework through which all Candoco’s work will be made, delivered and reviewed. The ideal candidate has a strong curatorial voice and a record of creative leadership. We are looking for someone who values our ongoing and progressive approach to enquiry and who will drive an ambitious and radical artistic programme of work.

From 2023 onwards, we are focusing on ensuring a culture of radical access and the formation of equitable spaces, where disabled and non-disabled people can work together to co-create programmes of engagement for and with artists, participants and audiences.

We are aware of the complex and challenging times we are in, and we recognise that this brings great opportunity to make long lasting and far-reaching change.
