Early bird deadline: 28/02/2020, final deadline: 19/04/2020
Choreolab Europe is an international and collaborative artistic research platform for dance and choreography. It provides an artistic playground for choreographers, dancers and movers from all over the world, where specific ideas on creation for movement and performance are researched in a peer-to-peer setting.
In the form of intensives, Choreolab Europe organizes labs in different European cities. Each lab offers a combination of diverse activities.
In this lab Choreolab Europe collaborates with ArtEZ Bachelor of Dance in Education and invites guest artists, such as choreographer Yulia Globa and dramaturg Jordi Ribot Thunnissen. The founders of Choreolab Europe (Sanne Clifford & Anja Gallagher) will be part of the labs, playgrounds and lecture as well.
This team of choreographers & collaborators will share insights and their artistic research approaches on their selected topics. There is also room to explore your own ideas (as a participant) within the playgrounds. You can bring your ideas along or let them rise while participating in the choreolab!
