This workshop offers the opportunity to dive deep into the Seki method, developed by Minako over many years of working with and teaching dance. Beginning with a practice of meditation, we will discover our tail and hang, shake, jump into the moment to meet our inner landscape. Imagination will be our tool to communicate between the conscious and unconscious, bringing the microcosm into dialogue with the macrocosm. QUALIA refers to a concept that only our conscious perception of things brings about their existence in the first place. This idea, which is discussed by many scientists, focuses on the uniqueness and subjectivity of our perception, which we cannot really share with anyone else. This leads to very unique forms of expression and gives power to our body language. The source of imagination thus becomes the creative impulse and artistic motor. Minako Seki will guide you with her long experience and lead you to an authentic dance. Learn more about the Seki method.
