Alienated |Performance Art| is looking for 2 intern dancers (F/X) for our researching period of our new creation: ‘Rocking to balance’. This research is part of our development trajactory in collaboration with Delft Fringe Festival and Fonds Podiumkunsten / Performing Arts Fund NL
In this period we will be researching the relationship between two bodies, and how they support each other within several contexts. With a specific focus on the use of hands and grips.
For this research project we will be working in the studio for approx. 20 days with sharings/performances at Delft Fringe Festival. With the possibility for more performances.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Dance background
– Strong in floorwork and partnering
– Acrobatic skills are a plus
– Based in the Netherlands
AVAILABILITY:
– Full time 2-13 May (residency in Kortijk, Belgium)
– Several days in April and May
Performance period 31 May – 11 June (approx 8 performances)
