Iris van Peppen is looking for at least two male dancers for the new creation of the Pulse.

The production of the Pulse will premiere in 2019 in Theater Kikker Utrecht. Untill then the company is researching the pulse working within two phases that will show a work in progress in theater Kikker and possibly on several festivals.
The first phase has been shown in Kikker in september during Monsteren.
The second phase will be shown March 2018 in collaboration with the Conservatory Utrecht in Utrecht and Amsterdam.

Iris van Peppen is looking for male dancers that:
– Have extended experience in improvisation / instant composition
– Are physical and articulated performers
– Are open and interested in somatics and experiential anatomy
– Have a mature work ethic
– Has an interest in this line of work and is willing to invest their time.

At this stage there is no budget yet to cover any costs for all the members involved. We are working hard for fundings for the final production in 2019 and finding working partners / co-producers. With performances we gain some budget to cover the travel expences. Everybody involved is dedicated from a deep interest in the work.

Currently the team for the Pulse consist of dancers Kim Hoogterp, Makiko Ito, Joana Borges, Aida Guirro Salinas, Mareike Steffens and Musicians Marc Nukoop and Timo Dahler.
Iris van Peppen I Co has a relation with Conservatory Utrecht, Kikker Utrecht, OT301 and has been invited by Buro Curious, Route du Nord among a few.

Workshop/Training: november 3 from 10.00 – 16.00
When selected / joining the work:
Rehearsals: Fridays from 10.00 -16.00
Studio performance (to be confirmed): December 8
Performance Kikker: March 14 2018
Performance OT301: March 2018
Premiere Kikker: 2019
Additional performances and rehearsals to be announced
