We are looking for a female Latin ballroom/contemporary dancer for the lead role in “Ode to Chocolate Cake” for a performance early next fall 2019 in Pittsburgh, PA and/or Virginia. The piece comedically displays a woman chased, seduced, and haunted by a living slice of chocolate cake. She’s a dieting diabetic, so her resistance is important to her continuing health.
This incredible multimedia work combines dance with projection and animation. You may check out some of our work on this project to date at https://www.facebook.com/
