The Short Dance Collective is the home of captivating short dance films that explore the problems and issues facing society today. Our films use the power of movement and rhythm to bring to life the struggles of individuals and communities, shedding light on important social and mental health issues. Join us as we explore these topics through the lens of dance and movement.
The Short Dance Collective is a program integrated in our Professional Dance training and Junior Company. It is part time and offers dancers the opportunity to be part of several choreographies as well as have the time to work alongside the rehearsal hours. The rehearsals will be approximately 15 – 18 hours per week.
Full season September 23rd 2024 – June 30th 2025
1st term: September 23rd – December 15th 2024
2nd term: January 7th 2025 – March 30th 2025
3rd term: April 1st 2025 – June 30th 2025
