We work in the field of professional contemporary dance and we are looking for the right person to conduct the process of developing our artistic profile. Our perspective is intersectional. We offer fun and varied work with a lot of responsibility in a creative environment. You will be part of the regional development, with a focus on children and young people. We produce performances for big stages as well as for smaller venues. We are mainly a touring company, but many of our performances and other activities also take place in our own theatres. We engage in collaborations and co-productions regionally, nationally and internationally, with self-employed artists as well as institutions. Our reality takes place in the everyday lives of children, in their classrooms, auditoriums and schoolyards in the 49 municipalities of Västra Götaland.
