The unique workshop- lab ‘Rhythmic, Dance & Performance: Tango, Milonga & Candombe from off the Dalcroze Method’ will be taught by Cie El Sur Mundo Project- within a ‘Knowledge Exchange’ frame in collaboration with the dance company ICK.

The workshop-lab proposes to deep in and to enrich the research of dance language approaching the essential rhythmic of the tango music. Hence for accessing angles for further choreographic work-mode. The ultimate goal behind this event is the transference of knowledge, language research, hybrids and…to target a new group to continue the company developments. Limited places.
Full program:
Choreographer- dramaturge Gabriela Zuarez, artistic director of Cie El Sur Mundo Project, will lead this single workshop-lab in collaboration with guest-teacher- artist Carla Fonseca (UNA, University of the Arts Buenos Aires City), specialized in Rhythmic and guest-musician and bandoneonist Gerardo Agnese (Tango Tinto Orchestra/ UNR University of Rosario City) as musical accompanist. The last day of the workshop there will be an open presentation. Reference letters for full-time attendees are possible upon request.
