Description of opportunity: The call for submissions for the 6th International Meeting on Videodance and Videoperformance in Valencia, is now open: https://filmfreeway.com/VideoDanceValencia

For the 6th Meeting (2019, the themes are:

1) “References and Inspirations”
we propose as a theme “References and Inspirations”, and we ask the artists to explain, whenever relevant, the reference works that have triggered the inspiration for the submitted work. These can be historical screendance works, contemporary commercial works, or even works that are not labelled as screendance.

2) “Screendance at the school”
Another topic that we have opened focuses on works around the classroom: screendance works made with students of the conservatory or the general classroom from primary level to high-school. We are interested in all the pedagogical applications of screendance, and any work that involves or addresses students interests can be submitted here.
