Have you ever thought to be part of a festival where diverse art forms such as dance, painting, film, healing & therapeutic modalities, yoga, chi gong as well as martial arts can be part of the experience? Unity Space presents East Point West – IFE, a one-of-a-kind festival where you can experience diverse disciplines from across the world to find integration, unity and evolution in your art form as well as in life.
The festival is supported by KLPAC & DPAC two art organisations that support the arts in KL for many years. Together we endeavour to bring unity in the arts across disciplines.

Intensive workshop teachers & program:
During the festival, the participants have the choice to join two daily movement workshops titled “elective workshops” and one creative workshop titled “performance workshop”. The performance workshops at the end of the festival will culminate in a public performance. The selection of workshops is binding and can not be changed during the festival.
All workshops will be at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre
Each participant can choose one performance-workshop which will lead to a performance.
Performances will be presented on the 14th of July at DPAC as part of the DPAC Arts Festival.

We are open to receive propositions for scheduling an elective related to embodiment
We are now accepting registrations! To be part of the festival we kindly ask you to send us your CV or Bio together with a motivation letter expressing why you feel this festival attracts you. Do also name clearly your preferable Performance Workshop and Elective Workshops you wish to be part of. The final selection of the participants for the Performance Workshops will be done according to the experience in dance and performance. For the Elective Workshops, the selection will be on a first come first served basis. All workshops have a max. capacity of participants which will be regulated by each teacher.

Unity Space offers in the festival:
- All Workshop according to the pass you will choose
- Accommodation at the SCC Hotel City Centre 7 mins walk from the venue of workshops
- Basic Continental Breakfast
- Free Pass to the teacher’s performances
The Resident Artists have to cover and offer:
- Their flights and transportation to and from Kuala Lumpur and to the premises of the hotel and activities
- Food for lunch and dinner
- Costs: FULL FESTIVAL PASS 720 Euros (550 Euros Early Bird by 31st March)
- Costs: HALF FESTIVAL PASS 390 Euros (310 Euros Early Bird by 31st March)
EXTRA NOTE: We wish to support the artists by offering:
–5 scholarships of 50% off out of the full price only.
–5 exchange work for experienced teachers to share their practice at the festival. We are looking for body workers, massage, yoga, tai chi, chi gong practitioners and other disciplines of embodiment to contribute in this unique festival. Share at your motivation letter what is your practice and what you wish to share with a title and short description. All practices needs to be related to embodiment.
