Interdisciplinary collaboration between researchers, artists and scientists is becoming increasingly common, and can lead to rich and rewarding dialogue which feeds artistic and research projects.

Over 21 years, Clod Ensemble has collaborated with many different researchers and academics in many different ways. Led by Suzy Willson, this workshop invites performance makers, choreographers and researchers to consider: How might a researcher play a valuable role in the artistic process? How might an artistic perspective alter or enhance the course of a scientific research project? How might you go about establishing a fruitful partnership?
