Bradford Dance Centre is inviting applications from dancers, choreographers and dance companies to take up residency in our new dance centre from September 2015. Our residencies offer dance artists free studio space and coaching from our Artistic Director, in exchange for teaching on our contemporary dance foundation course.
Where: Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK
When: From September 2015 to July 2016
Bradford Dance Centre has two dance residency schemes for dance artists at different stages of their career development. The residencies are available for artists at any stage of their creative process: for those interested in researching, exploring and developing a piece of work; and those preparing and rehearsing for a performance. The residencies are particularly suitable for those who are interested in establishing and developing a teaching career. Applicants must have completed their dance training.
